The Native Red that envelops with intensity

VELVETY PASSION FOR A GENEROUS LAND

It stands out for its elegance, with its recognisable intense ruby red, almost magenta, colour: this is Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso, a rich, typical, intense wine.
It also evokes the purple fruits of Mother Nature in its aroma and taste: wild blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries.
A sumptuous smoothness, capable of royally standing up to the most demanding meats, to the game that boldly populates the same territory as the vine does.

The sensory experience of the Native Passito Wine

SWEET INTENSITY TO ACCOMPANY A GRAND FINALE

Verduzzo is the closing experience that every meal deserves. With its intense and complex impact, it brings to mind honey and barley, with a discreet pleasantness that evokes the aroma of almonds in the finish. The sensory surprise when tasted individually is as great as the perception of harmony with desserts, creams and dry pastries. A further dimension of potential is in the combination with blue cheeses.

A wine that represents our Dad, Livio

INTRODUCING OUR ORANGE WINE

Wine is a time machine, and certain varieties are moving, thanks to their ability to transcend centuries, transporting those who taste them to other places and times. One of these varieties is the “perpetual” wine. Historically, the perpetual wine was the wine of farmers, made with local white grapes and kept in a single barrel. From this barrel, portions of wine were taken as needed, and the remaining wine was topped up with new wine. In this way, the barrel was never emptied, and the wine became eternal: perpetual.
Through a long maceration process and the blending of several vintages of Ribolla Gialla, we create a wine that commands respect from the very first glance. As you get to know it, you sense its warm heart, bold and straightforward character, a wine of few words. Over time, it holds on to its distinctly Friulian identity.
Our Orange wine is a limited edition, reserved for the Italian market.

The Native Whites of a generous territory

AGE-OLD GRAPE VARIETIES IN THE GLASS

Ribolla Gialla and Friulano are vivid representatives of a terroir with personality.
Their characteristic colour, a lively straw yellow, expresses the freshness of autochthonous vines capable of eternal brilliance, despite their centuries of history.
The minerality of the wine makes it a versatile protagonist of meals, with an excellent yield in combination with local products, above all San Daniele del Friuli prosciutto.

Bianchi Classici dal profumo distintivo

THE TYPICAL WELCOME OF A LAID TABLE

Elegant and refined, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Traminer Aromatico and Müller Thurgau are unmistakable whites, the emblem of discreet conviviality and character.
Labels that are always reliable, and that offer a balance in their food pairings: from aperitifs to white meats, some can be daring with shellfish or goat’s cheese, sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Love of the earth begins in the heart

The name of the winery loudly evokes territorial identity: it is that of the Friulian hills, pronounced in an affectionate whisper in their mother tongue. A terroir capable of great expressions, a vivid witness to how man’s work ennobles lands seen as difficult in their borderline nature, open to the world but distrustful of those who are not indigenous. Not here, where the warm geometry of the reliefs, chiselled by the vineyards, becomes a maternal embrace that knows how to prepare for the world.
