Le uve vengono delicatamente diraspate e pigiate. Il mosto così ottenuto viene lasciato fermentare sulle bucce a temperatura controllata con frequenti rimontaggi al fine di estrarre colore e aromi. Dato corso alla svinatura l’affinamento continua in vasche di acciaio.

Tasting notes
The bouquet is fruity and delicate with hints of raspberry, blueberry and plum mixed sensations of undegrowth and delicate spices. In the mouth it is full and dry with typical fruity flavours of its variety.
